Parris LaDame was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She began writing music and poetry at an early age. It wasn’t until her high school teacher noticed she had something special when it came to words. Parris was then introduced to the studio where she noticed the others there weren’t taking their time seriously. This was an advantage for Parris because she was more than focused, she was ready to make a statement. The rest is history.

Parris LaDame is paving the way for the smaller city female rappers not only in her hometown of Indianapolis, but she represents getting out of the mud and grinding by any means. Parris stands for the city girl that comes from the middle of nothing and overlooked until now. Parris is dedicated and even more determined to put Indianapolis completely on the music scene as she shares in her raps.
